Florida East Coast Railway has appointed Andrew Westhoff as vice president of sales and marketing.
Westhoff has an extensive railroad background and was with CSX Transportation for over 20 years in various finance and commercial roles. His most recent position was director of yield management for intermodal. Prior to joining CSX, he was with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young.
