The U.S. subsidiary of Germany-based Dachser SE has outgrown its original Dallas office and will be relocating in order to meet the increasing demand for air and sea freight services in the region, the company said in a statement.
Dachser USA Air & Sea Logistics has announced it will relocate and expand its Dallas, Tex. office due to growing operations in the Asian and European markets, the company said in a statement.
The third party logistics provider soon outgrew its original Dallas office, which opened in 2011, due to increased market demand to Asia and imports/exports with Europe, especially Germany. The firm will move to a larger space near the DFW International airport and with General Manager Erion Hormoviti overseeing operations at both the Dallas and Houston offices.
“We are excited to welcome Erion to Dachser and have confidence he will further the development of the South Central region,” said Frank Guenzerodt, President & CEO of Dachser USA. “In 2017 and beyond, Dachser plans to continue expansion in different areas of the US.”
