CONTERM FORMS ALLIANCE WITH TRANSCLAL TRADE
Conterm Consolidation Services has formed an alliance with Transclal Trade Ltd., based in Israel, to cooperate on all containerized shipments from North America to Israel.
Conterm, a neutral non-vessel-operating common carrier subsidiary of NACA Global Logistics based in Long Beach, Calif., will handle all origin booking details for consolidations to Ashdod and Haifa.
Consolidations to Israel will depart New York weekly. Transit times are 19 days to Ashdod and 16 days to Haifa.
Transclal will unload cargo at its distribution centers in Israel. The company has offices at Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion International Airport, Haifa Port, Ashdod Port, Eilat Port, and at the border crossings to Egypt and Jordan.
