FMC reviews 20 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 20 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Global Moving & Relocations, Miami, Fla. (Jorge Mayorca, secretary); Info Logistics, Temple City, Calif. (Sera C. Yang, president); and Zeus Caribbean Xpress, Doral, Fla. (Jesus R. Condomina, president). 
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Delta Group International, Suwanee, Ga. (Carmel Compton, president); Incodel Global Logistics, Romulus, Mich. (Fan Yang, president); Inter Oceans Freight, Weston, Fla. (Luis M. Cabrera Daza, managing member); Interglobal Logistics VE 2509, Miami Gardens, Fla. (Becxi Santos, corresponding secretary); Korchina Logistics USA, Buena Park, Calif. (Claire S. Kim, secretary); Lineage Freight Management, Colton, Calif. (Diogo F. Lobo, vice president of international logistics); and Phil C. An, Norwalk, Calif. (Phil C. An, sole proprietor). 
   The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from ILines International, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Ileana Ramos, member).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to a qualifying individual from Altus Oil & Gas Services, Houston, Texas (Roel Chapa, vice president); C.H. Robinson Project Logistics, Houston, Texas (Emil Ray T. Sanchez, vice president); CBE USA International, Houston, Texas (Daniel C. Greenberg, president); JK International, Memphis, Tenn. (James Kim, president); JR&K Logistics, Los Angeles, Calif. (David Choi, vice president of operations); and Popi Trading, New York, N.Y. (Pablo Silva, president); for additional trade names XPT Logistics and Expat Government Services from Arca International, Orlando, Fla. (Richard J. Clarke, secretary); for the name change Freight Logistics International from Transtek Logistics, Doral, Fla. (Gabriel De Godoy, manager); and for the removal of trade names McLean Cargo Specialists and McLean Cargo Specialists, Incorporated from Crane Worldwide Logistics, Houston, Texas (Keith Winters, chief operating officer).
