FreightWaves LIVE demo day presenters: Third edition

FreightWaves LIVE Atlanta, scheduled for early next month, has gone completely virtual due to the current coronavirus crisis. FreightWaves LIVE @ HOME will still feature the rapid fire demonstrations that FreightWaves events are known for, giving companies across the industry a chance to showcase their most innovative products in a fast and fun environment.

Demonstrations at previous FreightWaves events have included blockchain-based logistics platforms, software that integrates directly onto trucks, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and payment integrations. The innovations keep on coming, and so do the advancements as the industry’s tech continues to evolve and mature.

Seven companies that have signed up to demo their products in May are profiled below in a randomized fashion. Several other companies were profiled in February and earlier this month.

Front

Front is the inbox built for modern logistics and transportation teams. Front replaces a company’s email, turning it into a flexible platform that can organize communication, give context for decisions and take action faster–no matter where someone is working from. More than 5,000 businesses use Front to manage distribution lists and group email, reduce email overload and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Front will be demonstrating their namesake product during the event. Every missed email is a missed opportunity and potential revenue lost. With Front, companies can organize, track and optimize customer communications as a team in one place so no message ever slips through the cracks again. Front has reinvented email from the ground up — bringing an outdated, siloed technology into the 21st century with business and collaboration in mind. Countless logistics and transportation businesses rely on Front to take their companies to the next level, transforming their ability to both serve customers and grow.

Founded in 2013, Front has raised $138 million from Sequoia, Y Combinator, the leaders of Zoom, Atlassian, Okta and others. Front is headquartered in San Francisco, California, with offices in Paris, France and Phoenix, Arizona.
