Yusen Logistics and Xerox extended their cooperative agreement by expanding their partnership in the Benelux region.
Yusen Logistics has extended its partnership with the U.S.-based multinational printing company Xerox by expanding its services in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Yusen said in a statement it will provide warehousing, pre-assembly, transport preparation and “copy-ready” delivery services for Xerox. The Yusen site in Herentals, Belgium will handle these services as well as administration, order processing, customer liaison and transportation planning.
The contract expansion will see up to 15 Yusen trucks a day delivering Xerox machines, and Yusen will assure the machines are installed, fully connected and operational.
Yusen has already been providing services to Xerox in the Netherlands for many years.
“Our longstanding relationship with Xerox is one of continuous process improvement and innovation,” Yusen Logistics Benelux General Manager Final Mile Services Michel van Leeuwen said in a statement.
