Executive Moves: INTTRA, Halifax Port Authority and CAGTC

INTTRA appoints new CFO, while the Coalition for America’s Gateways and Trade Corridors elects officers and the Canadian government names board member to the Halifax Port Authority.

   INTTRA has named Jeff White chief financial officer and head of strategy. White joined INTTRA after serving as CFO of bio-fuels and chemicals start-up Virent. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Renew Energy.

   Jim Spatz has been appointed by the Canadian government as the federal director to the Halifax Port Authority board. Spatz is chairman and CEO of Southwest Properties Ltd. and serves on the boards of several organizations.

   The Coalition for America’s Gateways and Trade Corridors (CAGTC) has elected Tim Lovain, who represents the State of Washington to the coalition, as its third chairman. Former Treasurer Paul Hubler of Alameda Corridor – East Construction Authority was elected vice chairman and current board member Paul Anderson, president and CEO of Port Tampa Bay, was named treasurer. Southern California Association of Governments representative Sharon Neely, who served as chairman since 2013, will transition to immediate past chairman.
