CP Ships changes management for Atlantic trade

   CP Ships has announced several executive appointments, including changes in the management of its transatlantic trade.

   Ahead of the year-end retirement of Terry Burrows, senior vice president, commercial, who has managed the Montreal-based services of CP Ships, the company has given Mark Royden, vice president, sales, the responsibility for Montreal/North Europe services.

   Tony Bruno, senior vice president, commercial, for the Gulf and Atlantic regions, now manages the company's Montreal/Mediterranean services.

   CP Ships has also appointed Jeff Drake vice president, intermodal and logistics, which is a new position. Drake was vice president, logistics, and before that, vice president, corporate planning.

   In addition, Alan Boylan, who has been appointed executive vice president, commercial, for Montreal/North Europe, Australasia and Middle East-India services, joined CP Ships Nov. 15.
