SYNTEGRA STARTS NEW DATA APPLICATION
Syntegra has developed a new mobile data application to enable airlines and ground handling companies to manage cargo at piece level through the shipment cycle from truck to the side of the airplane.
It is the latest addition to Cargo Chorus, Syntegra’s integrated family of new end-to-end applications designed to enhance air cargo visibility, control and consistency.
“We believe this is the first comprehensive mobile data application of its kind,” said Mike Navin, Global Program Director at Syntegra. 'It supports deployment of a single, independent application to perform cargo, mail, and baggage scanning from vehicle, through the warehouse, to aircraft side.”
the application also can be deployed into third party stations which have minimal information technology infrastructure, the company said.
