The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received seven ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received seven ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Arrow Logistics, Atlanta (Ragen Wilson, member).
The agency also received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from John M. Brining Co., Mobile, Ala. (John Hearne, vice president); Future Maritime Group, Flushing, N.Y. (Chen “David” Ling, vice president); Siati Express, Miami (Jose F. Banderas vice president); Tree Logistics, Miami (Yolanda Gonzalez, manager); World Logistics Cargo, Miami (Miriam F. Muniz, manager); and World Express & Connection, Bayonne, N.J. (Raya Bakhirev, president).
Persons knowing of any reason why an applicant should not receive an OTI license or amendment are urged to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington, D.C. Lists of licensed OTIs (applications approved, bonds in place and fully licensed) – both ocean freight forwarders and NVOs – are also available on the FMC website.
