Executive Moves: Sunteck, Rand Logistics, TIACA and Shipbuilders Council of America

Sunteck and Rand Logistics name senior executives, while TIACA and Shipbuilders Council of America top off boards.

   Sunteck has appointed Dave Dallas, formerly chief commercial officer, to chief marketing officer and president of the company’s brokerage division. He has been with Sunteck for more than two years and has 25 years of industry experience. The company also named Dave Ware, formerly chief operating officer for capacity, to serve as president of the capacity division. The 35-year industry veteran joined Sunteck in 2009.

   The Shipbuilders Council of America (SCA) has selected Tom Godfrey, president and chief executive officer of Colonna’s Shipyard in Norfolk, Va., as board chairman. Richard McCreary, vice president and general manager at BAE Systems, will serve as the association’s vice chairman.

   Rand Logistics has appointed Mark Hiltwein to vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to the joining the company, Hiltwein spent seven years at printing and packaging company Cenveo, where he served as CFO of the Envelope Group. He also spent five years at Moore Corp.

   The International Air Cargo Association has elected Sanjiv Edward, head of cargo business at Delhi International Airport, as chairman, and Sebastiaan Scholte, chief executive officer of Jan de Rijk Logistics, as vice chairman. The pair will formally take over for Oliver Evans and Enno Osinga at TIACA’s Annual General Meeting in Miami on May 21.
