The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 10 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received a non-vessel-operating common carrier license application from EXL Logistics, Miami (Marcelo Kroeff, vice president).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from All Express Cargo, Miami (Tibisay Tovar, member); Global Parcel System, Miami (Alejandro Alvarez, managing member); Menn Logistics, Kirkland, Wash. (Anna Nickolaychuk, president); and Sea Marine Transport, Houston (Moises Sarabia Leon, manager).
The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Tripoli Shipping Services, Houston (Misel Repak, chief operating officer).
In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individuals from Brookfield Relocation, Shelton, Conn. (Susan Dumire, assistant vice president); and Graylion Logistics, Jacksonville, Fla. (Glenn R. Patch, president); for a trade name addition from Covenant Global Logistics, Houston (Mabel G. Gold, president) for CGL Shipping; and for a business structure change from Innocent Peter Ajaroh, Houston (Innocent L. Emedo, managing member) to Innglo Global Shipping.
