The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received eight license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Chartwell Navigation, Belle Mead, N.J. (Kenneth T. Carr, president); and USA Tomcargo Corp., Miami (Hector A. Parra, president).
The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Choiceone Logistics, Medley, Fla. (Trina M. Gomez, president); and Yuexin Global Logistics (USA), Arcadia, Calif. (Allen Tran, president).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Caicos Caribbean Lines, Medley, Fla. (Joanne Tyson, president); and Onsite Global Logistics, Houston (Herbert R. Hogg, operating manager).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Concord Express, Inglewood, Calif. (Philip Chin, secretary); and Toyo Logistics America, Torrance, Calif. (Kyoko V. Thomas, general manager).
