Hamilton Port Authority names president and CEO, while St. George Logistics adds board member and Page International promotes new senior manager of exports.
Hamilton Port Authority (HPA) named Ian Hamilton as its new president and CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2017.
The port’s vice president of business development and real estate since 2008, Hamilton has 25 years of experience in international transportation and logistics, including previous stints as transatlantic trade director, Europe for CP Ships and business development manager for Hapag-Lloyd.
National Football League Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino has joined the board of directors of St. George Logistics, which provides outsourced container freight station (CFS) services and value-added warehousing and distribution solutions throughout North America.
Following his retirement from professional football, Marino has defined himself as an entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is an equity partner in Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, co-owner of Passing Time Winery, a product spokesman, and a former co-host of NFL programs on CBS and HBO. In 1992, Marino and his wife Claire founded the Dan Marino Foundation, which has distributed tens of millions of dollars to the research and treatment of childhood neurodevelopment issues.
Savannah, Ga.-based logistics services provider Page International, Inc. has promoted Brianne Chadziutko to the role of senior manager of exports. She will manage Page’s international ocean freight forwarding departments, as well as all air export operations, cargo surveying, and export compliance.
