World Shipping, Inc., an independent shipping agency that serves shippers and receivers of international cargo, opened a fully staffed agency office in Hamilton, Ontario on Tuesday to provide vessel owners and operators service at Canadian ports, the company said.
The company’s Canadian Great Lakes vessel operations network includes the following ports, which are all located in Ontario: Hamilton, Mississauga, Nanticoke, Oakville, Oshawa, Picton, Port Colborne, Port Weller, Thorold, Toronto and the Welland Canal.
A total of 19 ports are included in World Shipping, Inc.’s U.S. network.
World Shipping, Inc. is a part of Cleveland, Ohio-based World Group companies, which also includes ContainerPort Group, UWL, World Distribution Services and NewPort Tank Containers.
