FMC reviews 37 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 37 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received 37 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Access World (USA), Stamford, Conn. (Franciscus L. Zwanenburg, secretary); AMG Shipping, Miami (Adriana B. Mesa, manager); Asik International, Howard Beach, N.Y. (Ufuk Asik, president); Cegentrans Freight, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Lid F. Chan, vice president); COTA Logistics Corp., Red Bank, N.J. (Michael C. Troy II, director); Easy Shipping To Belize, Port Charlotte, Fla. (Amado Mena, manager); Exel Logistics, Gardena, Calif. (Sunny S. Lee, secretary); Hart Worldwide Logistics, Miami (Laurence E. Hart Jr., president); Here To There Services. Castries, St. Lucia (Roun Francois, president); Pasha Freight Systems, San Rafael, Calif. (George W. Horn, vice president); and TK Williams International Shipping Corp., Brooklyn, N.Y. (Takiesha D. Williams, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Acecompass Enterprises, Los Angeles (Jovan J. Kecman, member); Biehl & Co. South Carolina, Charleston, S.C. (Thomas Springer, president); Cargo Gate International, Torrance, Calif. (Andrew H. Kang, president); Marine Transport Logistics, Bayonne, N.J. (Alla Solovyeva, president); OTH Logistics, Jupiter, Fla. (Michael R. Bolanos, president); R&R Logistics Custom Freight Solutions, Hialeah, Fla. (Edgar F. Rengifo, manager/member); and Stinson Logistics, Spring, Texas (Diana L. Aubertin, member).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Allstate Int’l Freight USA, Gardena, Calif. (Sean S. Kang, secretary); Cardel International Shipping Corp., Hollywood, Fla. (Anthony N. Delgado, director); Military Relocation Services, Jacksonville, Fla.
