Cargolux Italia and Nippon Cargo Airlines entered into a partnership agreement for code-share cargo flights between Italy and Japan.
The partnership, which will commence Nov. 4, is subject to approvals by the aviation authorities, according to Cargolux and Nippon Cargo Airlines.
Under the agreement, the cargo-dedicated airlines will offer code-share cargo flights from Italy’s Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) to Japan’s Kansai International Airport (KIX) and from MXP to Japan’s Narita International Airport (NRT).
Nippon Cargo Airlines will operate four flights from MXP to NRT, while Cargolux Italia will operate one flight from MXP to NRT and two flights from MXP to KIX.
