Brooklyn firms relocate to New Jersey
Heller Industrial Parks said two Brooklyn-based companies are relocating distribution facilities to its industrial park in Somerset, N.J.
Elico Ltd., a wall d'cor distributor that provides art to stores like Target and Wal-Mart, signed a lease for 61,125 square feet. Broadway Photo, an e-commerce camera equipment business, signed a lease for 99,636-square-foot space in Somerset.
Heller also said it had signed Home Owners Bargain Outlet, a discount furniture outlet, to a 254,425-square-foot lease at its warehouse building in Bridgeview, Ill.
