FMC reviews 24 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 24 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from A&D International Logistics Corp., Miami (Diana Espinal Acevedo, vice president); Den Hartogh Americas, Houston (Michael W. Milner, vice president); MidEast Shipping, Orange, Calif. (Abdelrahman Albarg, president); OQ Enterprises, Hayward, Calif. (Oscar M. Quiambao, president); Safeway Global Shipping, Houston (Houston S. Lopez, vice president); World Maritime Limited Liability Co., Scotch Plains, N.J. (Robin Lynch, managing member); Zenith Logistics (USA), Jamaica, N.Y. (Xiao Jun He, vice president); and Zimmer Worldwide Logistics, Houston (Thomas R. Shaw, vice president).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from A.J. Worldwide Services, Secaucus, N.J. (Shahryer Haq, vice president); Arocean Logistics, Hawthorne, Calif. (Anouyanh Pasasouk, chief executive officer); Cruises Logistics USA, Medley, Fla. (Ivonne Zani, vice president); Draco Freight Logistics Corp., Medley, Fla. (Leonardo Capra, president); Jaguar Worldwide Logistics, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Atden S. Chan, director); RD International Forwarder Corp., Guaynabo, Puerto Rico (Rebeca Negron, president); and Zur-Go, Miami (Rafael M. Leonardi, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from American Royal International, San Carlos, Calif. (Khosrow Khorraminejad, president); Export Forwarders, Kennesaw, Ga. (David R. Ashford, member); and Sentry Cargo International, Miami (Eduardo del Pozo, president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from American Red Ball International, Seattle (Beverly Franklin, chief financial officer); American Vanpac Carriers, Seattle (Jim Gaw, vice president); Atlas Van Lines International Corp., Seattle (Beverly Franklin, assistant secretary); CN Worldwide, Quebec, Canada (Kelly Levis, vice president for USA); D.T. Gruelle Co. Group, Coraopolis, Pa. (Marco T. Gruelle, manager); and NIK Transport, Rowland Heights, Calif. (Stephanie L. Fang, president).
