Executive Moves: Intermarine, BDP, Wen-Parker and ALTA

Intermarine unveils various leadership changes, BDP International and Wen-Parker Logistics each name chief financial officer, and the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association’s executive committee appoints new executive director.

Intermarine unveils various leadership changes, BDP International and Wen-Parker Logistics each name chief financial officer, and ALTA’s executive committee appoints new executive director.

   Houston-based shipping company Intermarine, LLC has appointed Andre Grikitis as president and chief executive officer of both Intermarine, LLC and Industrial Maritime Carriers, LLC.
   Al Stanley has stepped down as president and CEO of Intermarine.
   Intermarine also named Will Terrill president and CEO of US Ocean, LLC; and Mike Dumas has been appointed president of Maritime Holdings (Delaware), LLC, chief financial officer of Intermarine and president of Industrial Terminals.

   Philadelphia-based BDP International, a privately owned global logistics and transportation solutions company, hired Todd Dooley as chief financial officer. Prior to joining BDP, Dooley served as vice president of finance for H&R Block. He has an extensive background in finance, serving in a variety of roles within finance and accounting at Ceridian, IBM and 3M.

   Wen-Parker Logistics, an Elmont, N.Y.-based global freight forwarder and supply chain solutions provider, has promoted Stephane Miralles to chief financial officer. Miralles has worked for Wen-Parker since 2015. Prior to joining the company, he held a range of senior finance positions in various sectors, including hospitality with the Accor Group, architecture and interior design with the DWP Group, and real estate.

   The Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA)’s executive committee appointed Luis Felipe de Oliveira as the association’s new executive director, effective Oct. 1. De Oliveira spent 10 years with the International Air Transport Association, and in 2015, he joined World Fuel Services as the vice president of supply development for Latin America and the Caribbean. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
