Third-party logistics and multi-modal transportation services provider Radiant Logistics has acquired the operations of Sandifer-Valley Transportation and Logistics, Radiant said in a statement Tuesday.

Radiant Logistics, Inc., a Bellevue, Wash.-based third-party logistics and multi-modal transportation services provider, has expanded its cross-border capabilities with Mexico through the acquisition of Sandifer-Valley Transportation and Logistics, Ltd. (SVT), Radiant said in a statement Tuesday.
McAllen, Texas-based SVT is a privately held company offering domestic and international cross-border services with Mexico, and will transfer to the Radiant brand on a post-closing basis.
Radiant paid a portion of the expected purchase price at closing with the balance payable in subsequent periods based on the future performance of the acquired operation.
“With the benefit our of recently expanded $75 million credit facility and very low leverage on our balance sheet, we are well positioned to on-board a significant number of new operating partners as we have the opportunity,” Radiant Founder and CEO Bohn Crain said.
