OEC Group takes over Ryder CRSA Logistics

Overseas Express Consolidators Canada Inc. has acquired Ryder CRSA Logistics in Canada and its overseas interests in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Overseas Express Consolidators Canada Inc. (OEC Group) has acquired third-party logistics provider Ryder CRSA Logistics in Canada and its overseas interests in Hong Kong and Shanghai, according to a statement from the company.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
CRSA’s strength lies in providing logistics services to retailers and consumer goods manufacturers, said Marc Bibeau, president and chief executive officer of OEC Group.
The 3PL will operate within the OEC Group under the name CRSA Global Logistics.
