Florida East Coast Railway began deploying GE’s Transportation’s RailConnect mCrew product to maximize efficiency.
The Florida East Coast Railway has begun deploying GE’s RailConnect mCrew, a mobile transportation management system solution designed to boost efficiency.
RailConnect mCrew works by allowing train crews to receive switching instructions and to manage, record and report car movement activity as work is being performed.
Data from the tool flows into the railway’s transportation management system. Customers are then able to access the data through FECR Connect, the railroad’s online portal.
