DANZAS DISCUSSES SALE OF CHEMICAL LOGISTICS ARM
The forwarding and logistics group Danzas said it is discussing the potential sale of Danzas Chemicals with companies that specialize in the bulk chemical sector.
Danzas Chemicals, which forms part of the former Nedlloyd European Transport and Distribution business acquired last year, does not fit in with Danzas’ core activities, the company said.
Danzas Chemicals provides logistics services and intermodal transport services, liquid and dry bulk, within Europe and between continents. It has annual net sales of over 120 million euro (about $120 million).
