Executive Moves: Port of Long Beach and TIACA

The Port of Long Beach Harbor Commission President has been re-elected, while TIACA appoints European Shippers’ Council chairman to its board.

   Port of Long Beach Harbor Commission President Lori Ann Guzmán has been re-elected to serve a second one-year term. The five-member board also selected Lou Anne Bynum as vice president and Tracy Egoscue as secretary, continuing in the roles they have served in for the past 12 months.
   Guzmán, who is the director of finance for the City of Huntington Beach, was appointed to the harbor commission in 2013 by then-Mayor Bob Foster. She was first selected as board president in July 2015.

   Denis Choumert, chairman of the European Shippers’ Council (ESC), has been elected to The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) board. He has held transport and logistics management roles at Technip and Italcementi. Choumert became ESC chairman in 2012.
