The two LNG vessels, Grand Elena and Grand Aniva, will be chartered out for a 20-year contract term (potentially rising to 30 years) to the Sakhalin Energy Investment Co. Ltd., a consortium comprising Gazprom, Shell, Mitsui & Co. Ltd., and Mitsubishi Corp.
