RSPA deputy Bonasso departs
Samuel Bonasso, deputy administrator of the Research and Special Programs Administration will resign to pursue private sector work, effective March 4.
RSPA is a Department of Transportation agency that sponsors transportation research, advances intermodal transport research and technology and helps regulate hazardous material and pipeline transport.
