IES, One-See begin software partnership
IES Ltd., a provider of software to facilitate the handling of exports and imports, has formed a partnership with One-See Solutions, a provider of technology to view shipment history.
Under terms of the agreement, One-See becomes an authorized reseller of IES's air and ocean AMS filing and electronic in-bond filing Web applications. Also, IES's AMS Query technology will be integrated into One-See's ACS Query application, and will be sold exclusively through One-See Solutions.
'Transportation parties are eager to access critical shipment information and eliminate spending hours on hold with steamship lines requesting AMS data. Now, they can view this data 24/7 from a Web browser,' IES said in a statement.
'One-See's primary focus is on Customs' clearance visibility,' said Bill Garrison, president of One-See Solutions. IES will continue to offer its core import and export applications, as well as its own Customs clearance Web applications.
IES Ltd. is based in Midland Park, N.J., One-See in Cranford, N.J.
