Woodland Group rebrands freight forwarding operations
United Kingdom-based Woodland Group has rebranded its freight forwarding operations as Woodland Global Network.
Woodland offers multimodal transportation services, including freight forwarding by air, ocean and road, as well as inventory management, customs clearance and supply chain services. Although part of Woodland Global Network, the group's subsidiaries will continue to trade under their existing names.
“The rebranding to Woodland Global Network reflects how significantly we’ve evolved as a group, and how we’ve developed and integrated a wide range of service offerings,” said Kevin Stevens, Woodland’s chairman and chief executive officer. “The new brand is symbolic of our commitment to build on our expertise, make full use of our overseas offices, agents and partners and continually explore new areas to better serve our clients.”
In the United Kingdom, Woodland has offices in Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, London Heathrow and Essex. In the United States, Woodland has offices in New York, Boston, Chicago and Atlanta, as well as Los Angeles.
