Endeavour Capital has sold Network Global Logistics (NGL) to Quad-C Management Inc.
NGL, based in Broomfield, Colo., is a third-party logistics company that uses an integrated network for next-flight-out deliveries, service parts logistics, fulfillment, distribution, and transportation management.
The companies said NGL’s management participated in the recapitalization and will continue in its current role.
Quad-C is a private equity investment firm that focuses on acquiring middle-market businesses. It has a portfolio of investments in a range of industries, including transportation and logistics, specialty distribution, manufacturing, and business services.
