The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 11 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Atlanta Customs Brokers & Intl Freight Forwarders, Atlanta (Kathy Williams, vice president of exports); AZ Freight, Flushing, N.Y. (Tingyi Jiang, president); and Pole Star Shipping, Manalapan, N.J. (Angela Simeone, secretary).
The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Engineering & Trade, Doral, Fla. (Jairo E. Leon, president); and Goldstar Global Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y. (Kunj B. Kalra, president).
In addition, the FMC received applications for a change to a qualifying individual from Estes Forwarding Worldwide, Richmond, Va. (Glenn J. Calvino, vice president); Jumbo Transport International, Elizabeth, N.J. (Steven Cataldo, president); and Roadrunner Holdings, Houston (Benjamin Breedlove, vice president); and name changes from Hercules Packing Shipping & Moving Co., Astoria, N.Y. (Gus Dourmas, president) to Iraklis Packing Shipping & Moving Co.; M E Dey Cargo Corp., Atlanta (John Davis, secretary) to Dey Cargo Corp.; and McLimex, Carson City, Nev. (Bernard Vo, member) to Mbequip.
