AA Cargo introduces enhanced tracking features

The cargo segment of American Airlines released its new redesigned tracking functionalities on its website, which will improve shipment visibility for customers, the airline said.

   American Airlines Cargo released its new redesigned tracking functionalities on its website, which will improve shipment visibility for customers from booking to delivery, the airline said.
   Enhanced features include live status updates via color-coded progress bars; detailed flight, air waybill (AWB) and customs information; easy access and navigation to shipping history; and additional sorting and viewing features for logged-in users, allowing them to sort their shipments by origin and destination.
   In addition, American Airlines Cargo has plans to continue with global implementation of electronic AWBs, invest in new technology and warehouse equipment, upgrade warehouse facilities and add more ExpediteTC and perishable coolers at major cargo destinations around the globe.
   American Airlines Cargo transports cargo between the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America and Asia, serving a total of 339 airports.
