AA Cargo launches new WCNA-Asia route

The cargo airline commenced a daily non-stop service between Los Angeles and Hong Kong.

American Airlines Cargo (AA Cargo) has launched a daily nonstop service between Los Angeles (LAX) and Hong Kong (HKG), the airline said.
The flight operates with Boeing 777-300 aircraft, which can carry over 40 LD3 containers.
The new offering complements the airline’s existing Dallas/Fort Worth-HKG route, which began in 2014.
“With this new flight, customers in Hong Kong and surrounding regions will now have even greater access to American’s network of over 200 destinations in North America and Latin America,” the airline said. “Connecting through LAX, one of American’ key hubs, allows customers the ability to ship cargo to various points across the continent and beyond.”
AA Cargo added, LAX provides HK customers with direct access to fresh goods and produce, while the U.S. and connecting markets will benefit from access to high-demand commodities in Asia, including mechanical parts, garments and electronics.
