AirBridgeCargo launches flights to Phnom Penh

The Russian cargo airline commenced a weekly service to Phnom Penh, Cambodia from Moscow via Singapore.

AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC) has started a new weekly service to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, from Moscow via Singapore.
The Russian cargo airline will serve Phnom Penh with one of its Boeing 747 freighters.
The flight returns to Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport upon its conclusion.
“Against the backdrop of China’s slowing export growth, the Cambodian market looks appealing with double-digit growth in 2015, supported by ambitious airport development plans,” ABC Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales Robert van de Weg said. “By establishing our footprint in this country, not only do we open up new destinations for our customers, but we also strengthen our position in Southeast Asia – the main driver of world trade.
“Furthermore, our current services in and out of Singapore are experiencing healthy demand, so capacity expansion there strengthens our position, too,” he added.
