Alabama woman sentenced for falsifying medical exams

Andrea Daigle will serve two years of probation for submitting falsified CDL medical records to the FMCSA.

An Alabama woman has been convicted and sentenced for her role in a scheme to submit falsified Department of Transportation-mandated commercial driver’s license medical examinations to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Andrea Daigle was sentenced to 24 months of probation in U.S. District Court, Middle District of Alabama, earlier this month.
Daigle concealed her knowledge of the commission of a felony by electronically submitting false medical records to the FMCSA for people who did not meet federal regulatory standards, according to the DOT Office of Inspector General.
