AMR SELLS GROUND-SERVICES UNIT
AMR Corp. has sold its AMR Services unit to one of Castle Harlan Inc.’s
investment funds. Terms were not disclosed.
AMR Services, which provides ground services at airports, has been
renamed Worldwide Flight Services Inc.
The company provides ground services for more than 200 airlines at 65
