The Commerce agency published a notice regarding the effectiveness of its licensing procedures for Cuban agricultural commodity exports.

   The U.S. Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security on
Thursday published a notice requesting comments on the effectiveness of
its licensing procedures for agricultural commodity exports to Cuba.
