BOLLORE GROUP COMPLETES TAKEOVER OF OT AFRICA LINE
Bollore Investissements has completed the previously announced
acquisition of OT Africa Line, the Europe/West Africa shipping line.
Competition approval from regulators has been received.
Bollore is the parent company of the shipping line Delmas, port and
inland transport operator SAGA, and of various forwarding and trading
companies.
The takeover makes the combined Delmas/OT Africa group one of the two largest
operators in the West African liner trades, along with the
Maersk/Safmarine Container Lines group.
