Brick Mountain acquires trucker
Brick Mountain Trucking, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacer Health Corp., said it has acquired All Mighty Services Inc., an Inwood, N.Y.-based provider of local pick-up and delivery services.
The deal provides Brick Mountain with the ability to diversify and expand within the trucking industry while maintaining Pacer’s long-term growth strategy of increasing revenue through the generation of such acquisitions.
Family owned and operated for more than 15 years, All Mighty Services handles several freight forwarders, warehouses and trucking delivery fleets within Inwood and John F. Kennedy Airport. All assets will be integrated into Miami-based Brick Mountain.
Pacer Health is a company that focuses on financially distressed businesses in health care and other industries.
