The Netherlands based logistics services provider signed a long-term contract with Dudok Real Estate to expand its warehousing capacity at the Maasvlakte harbor in Rotterdam.
Broekman Logistics signed a contract with Dudok Real Estate to expand its warehousing capacity on the Maasvlakte port and industrial area in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, the company said in a statement.
Under the contract, Dudok Real Estate will rent 22,000 square meters to Broekman Logistics and build a 12,500-square-meter warehouse for the logistics company.
The new warehouse will be equipped to handle the storage of dangerous goods. With this expansion, Broekman Logistics’ total warehousing capacity in the Netherlands will exceed over 400,000 pallets, a third of which is designed to store hazardous goods.
