CANADA MARITIME ADDS EASTERN MED AGENT
Canada Maritime has appointed Tel Aviv-based A&A Shipping to serve as
its agency for its North America/Israel trade.
It is the fifth agent Canmar has added in the eastern Mediterranean over
the past year. The others are Seascope Navigation Ltd in Cyprus, Gollcher
Co. Ltd. in Malta, Salamarine Trade & Transport Co. Ltd. in Egypt and
Canship Sarl in Lebanon.
Canmar offers direct weekly service at eight western Mediterranean ports over
two routes. Canmar uses its Gioia Tauro hub to transship cargo to and from the eastern
Mediterranean.
