CapLease deal includes Nestle warehouses
New York-based Capital Lease Funding Inc. said it has acquired a portfolio of 18 leased real estate properties for $364.4 million, including $159.3 million of assumed debt.
The deal is largely for office space but includes 2.5 million square feet of warehouse space spread among three distribution facilities rented to Nestle USA in Lathrop, Calif.; Breinigsville, Pa.; and Fort Wayne, Ind.
