Cargolux offers four new flights

The airfreight carrier began offering four weekly flights to Turkmenbashi Airport in Turkmenistan.

Cargolux now offers four weekly flights to the Turkmenbashi Airport in Turkmenistan, two from Luxembourg and the additional two from Hong Kong, with the June 29 arrival of the first Cargolux aircraft at Turkmenbashi Airport.
The new services allow Cargolux to better serve surrounding markets, including Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and connect Turkmenistan to the airline’s network of 90 destinations, the airfreight carrier said in a statement.
Cargolux will cooperate with Turkmenistan Airlines to enhance the number of cargo destinations both carriers can offer.
Turkmenbashi marks Cargolux’s fifth destination it serves in Central Asia, along with Baku, Azerbaijan; Novosibirsk, Russia; Almaty, Kazakhstan; and Tbilisi, Georgia.
