CargoWise, which provides logistics technology platforms, has signed an agreement with Senator International to implement its ediEnterprise application across Senator’s operations.
The implementation will cover more than 1,000 individual users across the Hamburg-based logistics services provider’s global operations.
According to CargoWise, ediEnterprise is a modular supply chain platform designed to automate the operations “of international logistics service providers such as freight forwarders, NVOCCs (non-vessel-operating common carriers), customs brokers, depots, container terminals, warehouses, trucking companies and ships agencies.”
“We needed a powerful globally capable system that would both support localization as well as allow for integration across our global operations,” said Senator managing director Tim-Oliver Kirschbaum. Senator has locations across Europe and Latin America.
