Carlyle Group building warehouse for H&M
The Carlyle Group has agreed to develop a logistics and warehousing center for clothes retailer, H&M Hennes & Mauritz in Hamburg.
Carlyle has acquired a 37-acre site in Hamburg-Allerm'he from the City of Hamburg on which to build a 1.2 million-square-foot logistics center, which will employ about 1,000 people.
