Container supplier CARU Containers acquired CCA and ECB Group last month as part of its growth strategy, the company said in a recent statement.

CCA and ECB Group will continue to operate under their own names for the time being. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
CARU Containers and ECB Group are both based out of Rotterdam, while CCA is based out of Amsterdam.
“This merger between the three strongest parties on the Dutch market will create a company that generates between 30 million euros to 40 million euros ($32.5 million to $43.3 million) in turnover in the Netherlands alone,” CARU Containers said of the acquisitions.
