CEVA launches sector-specific hub in Italy

The third-party logistics provider launched its “TireCity” facility in Somaglia, Italy.

   CEVA Logistics has launched its “TireCity” hub in Somaglia, Italy, located in the Lodi province.
   The hub, which covers an area of 50,000 square meters, is dedicated to the handling, storing and cross docking of tire sector products.
   The launching of TireCity marks the fourth sector-specific hub to open in Italy. The third party logistics provider already operates its “City of Books,” “City of Pharma” and “TechCity” hubs for the publishing, healthcare and electronics sectors, respectively.
