CFO DE SOSTOA RESIGNS FROM OMI CORP.

   Vincent J. de Sostoa will resign as senior vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer at OMI Corp., effective June 30.

   He has accepted a job with a start-up technology company. Craig H. Stevenson Jr. will assume the role of CFO until OMI finds a replacement.

   Stamford, Conn.-based OMI operates a fleet of 20 tankers, comprising four owned Suezmax tankers, three chartered Suezmaxes, nine handysize product tankers, three 66,000 deadweight on product carriers, and one jointly owned vessel. Another Suezmax tanker is due to join the fleet this month.
