George Brehovsky, Director, Customer Solutions, CHEP North America
George joined Brambles in 2006 and moved into his role as Director, Customer Solutions for CHEP North America in May 2018. Prior to that, he led store fulfillment and retail supply chain teams responsible for joint business planning and collaboration with top Canadian manufacturers and retailers. In his current position, George leads teams focused on solving common industry challenges by eliminating waste, eradicating empty miles and cutting out inefficiencies. His teams deliver new products, services and solutions to help customers solve the dual challenge of meeting rising customer demand, while making less impact through an industry collaboration program called Zero Waste World.
Earlier in his career, George worked at Costco and Supply Chain Management (Walmart Distribution), where he held roles in merchandising, reverse logistics and operations. In addition to earning his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, George continually expands his professional education and has attended the international CEDEP Advanced Development Program, Cranfield University and York University. He holds a business administration diploma from CDI College.
Grant Arnold, Supply Chain Solutions Manager, CHEP North America
Grant joined CHEP in September 2018 and leads supply chain advisory services to customers, drawing on his experience in logistics, transportation, planning and operations, along with his proficiency in equipment pooling. He applies his expertise by working with customers on their transportation network and looking for collaboration opportunities with CHEP.
Grant’s management position marks a return to CHEP: He worked for the company from 2005-2010 in various roles. In between his time at CHEP, Grant worked for Container Centralen, a company focused on the horticulture industry. While there, he launched an in-house transportation brokerage and was responsible for the entire 3PL warehouse network. Grant received his MBA from the University of Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
