CHINA SHIPPING GROUP FINALIZES ASIA/EUROPE SERVICE CHANGES
China Shipping Group, the new Chinese containership
operator, has restructured its "Loop 2" service between Asia and Europe.
The non-conference container service now provides weekly sailings
between Asia and the Mediterranean, instead of between Asia and northern Europe.
Direct ports of call of the service are Dalian, Tianjin (Xingang),
Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Singapore, Piraeus, Naples, Genoa,
Barcelona, Singapore, Jakarta, Hong Kong and Dalian again. Transit time details of the

China Shipping Group is serving the eastern Mediterranean by
transshipment over the port of Piraeus.
The Chinese line said that it is also transshipping cargo between its
Loop 1 and Loop 2 services in Hong Kong and in Singapore.
